The Workshop

Barbanera’s Smash Repairs uses all the latest technology including the auto robot and auto liner. These machines are used to realign and measure structural damage on vehicles. We use a range of welding machinery including state of the art spot welding technology that ensures a strong factory finish. The combination of this latest technology teamed with our highly experienced and trained staff ensures that our clients are receiving the highest quality service.

The Paint Shop

The quality of your repair can be guaranteed by our commitment to using the very best in equipment. At Barbanera’s Smash Repairs we use STANDOX 2 pack baked enamel paints which are the latest products from Germany. The MONARCH Sprat Booth and Baking oven and computerized colour matching system, ensures the best quality automotive refinishing system available today.

At Barbanera’s we run an environmentally friendly shop. The wash bay area includes the oil and water separator filters. We use dust extraction units to ensure that toxic matter is filtered from the air. This ensures that all waste is managed as per the guidelines set out by the EPA.

Towing Service

Accidents can be a traumatic experience. At Barbanera’s Smash Repairs we operate on 24 hour by 7 day a week towing service. Our tow truck drivers are available to pick-up your vehicle and tow it to our secure holding yard, giving you peace of mind that your vehicle is safe with us. We have a fleet of 7 tow trucks including both the ‘cradle’ and the ‘tilt tray’ type of trucks.

Courtesy Cars

At Barbanera’s we understand the needs of our clients and how important it is to get their cars back on the road. For your convenience and whilst your car is being repaired in our shop, you can choose from a fleet of 10 courtesy cars ranging from sedans, station wagons and one tone utilities.
